1 thousand euros for fake visas/ 22-year-old in handcuffs, his associates under investigation

As a result of several weeks of following up on information obtained through operational means, regarding several cases of obtaining and selling false documents, the Economic and Financial Crimes Investigation Section of the Tirana Police Department finalized the operation codenamed "Itinerary".

During the investigation period, 7 cases of criminal activity by 3 citizens were documented, who, in collaboration with each other, forged visas to enter Albania and sold them to immigrants from Third Countries, for 1,000 euros per document.

Also, as part of the operation, the organizer of this activity, citizen AT, 22 years old, born in Ivory Coast and residing in Paskuqan, was detained, and criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen YZ, 22 years old, born in Ivory Coast and residing in Paskuqan, as well as Albanian citizen AR, 46 years old, residing in Shkodra.
