Warehouse where narcotics were being prepared for sale discovered in Tirana / 5

The capital's police have finalized the "Warehouse" operation, within which a warehouse was discovered where narcotics were hidden and prepared for sale.

As a result, 5 people, part of the group that carried out the criminal activity, were arrested.

Also seized were narcotics, cannabis and cocaine, firearms, vehicles and cell phones.

Tirana/The police operation codenamed "Warehouse" is finalized.         

A warehouse is discovered where narcotics were hidden and prepared for sale in doses.   

9 kilograms of Cannabis Sativa, a quantity of Cocaine, 2 firearms, 2 cold weapons, 2 vehicles, 6 mobile phones and other illegal items were seized.      

5 citizens, members of the group that carried out these criminal activities, were arrested.      

Specialists of Police Commissariat No. 4, in continuation of their work to crack down on criminal activities in the field of narcotics, based on information obtained through police channels, have organized and finalized the police operation codenamed "Warehouse". As part of this operation, the following citizens were arrested in flagrante delicto:  

Xh. Z., 25 years old, RK, 21 years old, E. Gj., 37 years old, AC, 22 years old and AK, 22 years old, all five residents of Tirana. 

On “Myslym Keta” street, during a search of the warehouse of citizen RK, engaged in the production of wooden pallets, a suitcase with 9 kg of suspected narcotic cannabis and 1 firearm were found. From the investigations, it is suspected that the quantity of narcotic substance was transported from Sukthi to Tirana, by citizen Xh. Z., in collaboration with citizen AK.   

During the Police intervention, citizens AC and E. Gj. were found in the warehouse. During the physical search, citizen E. Gj. was found to be in possession of a quantity of the narcotic substance cocaine.  

Following the procedural actions, during the search of the apartment of citizen Xh. Z., 1 firearm, a pistol and 2 cold weapons were found.  

Investigations continue to identify other citizens implicated in this criminal activity./CNA
