Elections in the USA/ The first incidents are reported

The first incidents have been reported in the USA, where the presidential elections are being held this Tuesday.

A false bomb alarm has interrupted voting for several minutes in 2 centers in Georgia.

The false alarm was spread by a person who was part of the electoral staff. He had a verbal "clash" with a voter and then fabricated a threatening letter.

His intention was to blame the voter in revenge, but after it was discovered he was put in handcuffs. This incident has extended the voting hours in these centers.

There have also been incidents in Pennsylvania.

Many areas in Bedford have reported problems with electronic equipment. This was confirmed by election officials, who confirmed that American citizens were able to vote despite the problems.

In Cambria County, too, officials have requested that voting be extended after a "software malfunction" to scan ballots./ CNA
