Vučić presents the measures against Kosovo/ What the President of Serbia wants

The President of Serbia, Aleksandër Vu?i?, has presented the measures taken against Kosovo.

Vucic's 7 demands

- the announcement and holding of "free and democratic local elections" in the north of Kosovo, with the participation of the mission of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and with the supervision of the European Union.

- the return of Serbs to the Regional Directorate of the Kosovo Police for the North and the return of Serbian judges and prosecutors to their judicial functions.

- the withdrawal of the special forces of the Kosovo Police from the "illegally built bases and checkpoints" in the north of Kosovo.

- the withdrawal of the Police from all institutions "which from 1999 until their illegal closure in 2024 provided vital public and administrative services to citizens".

- the formation of the Association of municipalities with a Serbian majority

- the immediate implementation of the "guarantees of the European Union and the United States from December 28, 2022, and the immediate release of all political prisoners" arrested by the Kosovo Police, and

- making payments with postal services in the Serbian currency, dinars./ CNA
