Trump: Very disappointed with President Putin

US President Donald Trump again expressed disappointment that after their summit in Alaska, Kremlin chief Vladimir Putin is making no effort to reach a peace agreement with Ukraine.

In a radio interview, US President Donald Trump said: "I'm very disappointed in President Putin, I have to say that." He added: "We had a great relationship; I'm very disappointed."

Trump: Senseless war

Trump further complained during the interview with the show's host, journalist Scott Jennings, that "thousands of people are dying and this is a war that makes no sense."

Trump, who had announced during his election campaign that he would end Russia's war of aggression in Ukraine, which has been going on for more than three years, within 24 hours, met with Putin in Alaska on August 15.
