LDK meeting in Podujeva/Abdixhiku: Kosovo is at the biggest political crossroads

The leader of the Democratic League of Kosovo and candidate in the February 9 elections, Lumir Abdixhiku, said today that Kosovo is at the greatest political and existential crossroads today, because of this government.

Just two days before the elections, at the closing meeting in Podujeva, Abdixhiku called on citizens to understand the importance of their choices, as they will affect not only the election of the Prime Minister, but also the future of Kosovo, as a developing state and part of global processes.

"Our republic, today, is at the greatest political and existential crossroads, since its establishment as an independent and sovereign state, due to the political adventures of this government. And at this crossroads, from where our future, that is, the new path, must be defined, you citizens of Podujeva, must understand the weight of the choice that is in your hands. Because, these elections are not made only to determine a future Prime Minister of Kosovo, but, first of all, they are made to determine the future of Kosovo. As a developing state, with people who make their lives here, as a state open to the process of world trends, and not as a gloomy country, of propaganda, division, closure and sanctions, economic and political.

"In our Republic, we walk like a normal country, with work, development and peace. We walk with dignity and full of pride. We will complete the long-delayed highway, we will build kindergartens everywhere in Llap. We will give businesses in Llap a business zone", - said Abdixhiku . /CNA
