The Vetëvendosje Movement has closed its electoral campaign in Kosovo. The closing meeting was held this evening in Pristina.

Thousands of citizens have gathered in the square, in support of Albin Kurti and his party.

We remind you that Kosovo will elect a new government on Sunday.

Over 2 million Kosovo citizens are eligible to vote in the February 9 elections.

28 political forces are competing in these elections, of which 20 political parties, five coalitions, two civic lists and one independent candidate.

There are 4 candidates for prime minister in these elections. They are Albin Kurti of the Vetëvendosje Movement, who is seeking another mandate, Bedri Hamza of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Lumir Abdixhiku of the Democratic League of Kosovo, and Ramush Haradinaj of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo./ CNA
