"The opposition's concerns are serious"/ Beleri: My case is in

MEP Fredi Beleri stated today that the concerns of the Albanian opposition are serious and that they have not been taken into consideration by the majority.

In a television interview, Beleri emphasized that his case has gone to Strasbourg, as a continuation of a legal battle, from which he seeks to find his rights.

"The problem is so big, the opposition is right not to find space in Albania and not to be taken into consideration by the majority. The opposition's concerns are serious. People flee not from poverty, but from the lack of rule of law. Legal certainty and the way justice functions do not let them work in Albania. I await the legal battle in Albania in the ECJ, my case is in Strasbourg. I will find my right, but the problem is justice in Albania. The reform in justice has failed", said Beleri. /CNA
