Senatori amerikan ‘ngrin’ para gazetarëve

Senatori republikan, njëherësh drejtues i të djathtëve në Dhomën e Lartë të përfaqësuesve, Mitch McConnell, ka shfaqur një tjetër episod, në të cilin ai ka “ngrirë” tërësisht për disa sekonda.

Incidenti i tij ndodhi sërish në një konferencë shtypi me gazetarë, teksa u pyet nëse do rikandidonte sërish në zgjedhjet e mesmandatit 2026. Por pas pyetjes, Mitch “ngriu” i gjithi për disa sekonda.

Kjo nuk është hera e parë që senatori amerikan përfshihet në të tilla incidente. Disa javë më parë, ai përjetoi të njëjtën gjë gjatë një konference ku u desh të largohej dhe të rikthehej sërish pak më vonë.

McConnell, udhëheqës i grupit republikan të Senatit që nga viti 2007, është përballur me pyetje në lidhje me shëndetin e tij. Ai u trajtua për një tronditje dhe frakturë në brinjë pasi u rrëzua në një hotel në Uashington në mars, duke u kthyer në Senat disa javë më vonë.
