The Association of Journalists of Kosovo (AGK), through a press release, announced that the Kosovo Business Registration Agency (ARBK) has revoked the decision to suspend the business certificate of Klan Kosova television.
"The Association of Journalists of Kosovo, since the publication of this decision, had raised concerns about the action of MINT, and welcomes the fact that the procedures have been completed", it is stated in the announcement of AGK.
On June 14, the Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade (MINT) filed a criminal complaint against the Trading Company, Klan Kosova.
The criminal complaint was filed with "the claim that in the business certificate, at the change of owners, Pejë - Serbia and Gjakovë - Serbia appear."
ARBK, based on legal acts, decided to suspend the business certificate of Klan Kosova television, until another decision.
After this decision, the Independent Media Commission (ICM) had given Klan Kosova television a deadline of 30 days to complete the necessary business documentation in ARBK.
The private national television, Klan Kosova, started broadcasting on February 17, 2009./ REL
