From Monza, Milan to Ancelotti/ Reactions to Berlusconi's loss

The former prime minister of Italy, Silvio Berlusconi, passed away at the age of 86, after a battle with diseases such as pneumonia and leukemia.

There have been many reactions after the defeat of Berlusconi.

One of Berlusconi's main football partners, Adriano Galliani, has expressed his condolences on behalf of him and the Monza club.

"Adriano Galliani and all of AC Monza mourn the loss of Silvio Berlusconi. A void that can never be filled, forever with us. Thank you for everything, President", Galliani writes.

The football club of Milan has also reacted, which describes their former president as unforgettable:

"Tomorrow we will dream of other goals, we will invent other challenges, we will look for other victories. That it is worth understanding what is good, strong and true in us, in all of us who have had this adventure of intertwining our lives with a dream called Milan. Thank you President, forever with us."

Meanwhile, the coach of Italy, Roberto Mancini, says: "There is great regret, Berlusconi was an exceptional man for sports and politics. Today is a very sad day. A personal memory? There are many, I think in a derby when we won and he came into the dressing room to compliment us. He was very sporty. My whole career has been connected with Berlusconi, the president of Milan. It's a difficult and sad day."

Ancelotti, the former coach of the Milan team, writes that sadness does not erase the happy moments they spent together.

"Today's sadness does not erase the happy moments spent together. There remains an endless gratitude for the president, but above all for an ironic, loyal, intelligent, sincere, fundamental man in my adventure as a footballer first, and then as a coach. Thank you President", - writes the coach of Real Madrid.
