Netanyahu shkarkon ministrin e Mbrojtjes

Kryeministri izraelit Benjamin Netanyahu shkarkoi të martën Ministrin e tij të Mbrojtjes, Yoav Gallant për shkak të, siç tha ai, “dallimeve të shumta ndërmjet tyre” rreth menaxhimit të operacioneve ushtarake të Izraelit.

Vendimi erdhi pas mospajtimeve të vazhdueshme ndërmjet dy zyrtarëve izraelitë që nga fillimi i luftës në Gazë.

Kryeministri Netanyahu tha se, mes tij dhe ministrit Gallant ekzistonte një “krizë besimi” që pengonte menaxhimin e duhur të luftës, sipas një njoftim të publikuar nga zyra e tij.

Ministri Gallant reagoi në platformën X duke thënë se “siguria e Izraelit ishte dhe do të jetë gjithmonë misioni i jetës sime.”

Kryeministri Netanyahu emëroi Ministrin e Jashtëm të Izraelit, Israel Katz për të zëvendësuar ministrin Gallant në pozitën e ministrit të mbrojtjes, ndërkohë që emëroi zotin Gideon Saar si ministrin e ri të jashtëm, sipas njoftimit nga zyra e tij.
