The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucija, said that the shootings in Mladenoac were an attack on the whole country and on behalf of all the members of the Government of Serbia, he expressed his condolences to the families of those killed last night. He also said that today's attack was a terrorist attack and that the MIA will be ordered to make urgent changes to the law on weapons and ammunition.

"For the second time in the last 48 hours we have to express ourselves, even though every word we want to say is difficult, excessive and insufficient. This is an attack on our entire country and every citizen feels it. From a rational point of view, I will announce the facts and the measures we will take", said Vucic.

 "We're going to get 1,200 police officers in the next 6 months and we're going to transfer another 1,000 police officers to spend time at the school, so that parents feel safe, that in addition to security, there's a police officer almost always in the school, until we reach the level in one year that is always in school", he said.
