Kosovo MPs have failed for the 28th time to constitute the Assembly resulting from the February 9 elections.
In today's session, the quorum for the establishment of an oversight committee for a secret ballot was again not reached. The establishment of the committee received 48 votes in favor, falling short of the necessary 61 votes.
The impasse in the Kosovo Assembly comes because the parties do not agree on the name of the speaker of the parliament. Vetëvendosje does not withdraw from the name of Albulena Haxhiu, while other parties do not support it.
