Izraeli do t'i japë Donald Trump Çmimin e Paqes në vitin 2026

Presidenti i SHBA-së, Donald Trump do të marrë një çmim paqeje nga Izraeli në vitin 2026. Kështu u shpreh kryeministri izraelit, Benjamin Netanyahu të hënën në një konferencë shtypi në Florida me presidentin e SHBA-së.

“Izraelitët e vlerësojnë atë që keni bërë për të ndihmuar Izraelin dhe për të mbështetur luftën tonë kundër Hamasit në Gaza”, tha kryeministri izraelit.

Duke njoftuar se do t'i japë Donald Trump çmimin e paqes, nderin më të lartë civil të Izraelit, Benjamin Netanyahu po thyen një traditë dekadash të dhënies së tij një qytetari izraelit.

Presidenti amerikan tha se ishte shumë i befasuar dhe i prekur që u nderua me këtë çmim, duke lënë të kuptohet se mund të udhëtojë në Izrael për ceremoninë, e cila tradicionalisht zhvillohet në prag të festës kombëtare të SHBA-së, Ditës së Pavarësisë.

Donald Trump paraqitet si "arkitekti" i një plani paqeje për Gazën, e cila është shkatërruar për më shumë se dy vjet nga një luftë e zhvilluar nga Izraeli dhe e shkaktuar nga sulmi i Hamasit më 7 tetor.

Republikani ka thënë se ka përfunduar tetë luftëra (Gaza, Indi-Pakistan, Kamboxhia-Tajlandë, etj) dhe beson se përpjekjet e tij duhet t'i japin Çmimin Nobel për Paqen.

FIFA, organizata e fuqishme ndërkombëtare e futbollit, i dha atij çmimin e paqes në fillim të dhjetorit, gjatë shortit për Kupën e Botës 2026 në Uashington. /CNA
