Elections/ PDK Leader: It was not the result we expected, the party will enter

The leader of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Bedri Hamza, has appeared at a press conference where he spoke about the results of the early parliamentary elections. Hamza said that the PDK had expected better results from these elections. 

Asked during the conference by reporters whether he would resign, he said that decisions to be made in the future would be well analyzed.  

"PDK expected a better result, but it managed to maintain its vote and electorate. The position has responsibilities, and I am not one of those who run away or avoid them. These days we will have meetings with structures, I make decisions on time, analyzed, well-considered and of course I do not delay in decision-making ," emphasized the PDK leader.

Hamza further added that his party will engage in an internal electoral process.

"PDK will soon enter an internal electoral process, it has not had an election for a long time, since 2019, and it will start from the sub-branches, including all levels up to the election of all party bodies, because it is really a long time and we need to have a reform, a change in age, gender, professions ," he said. /CNA
