Economy expert Fatos Çoçoli says that Albania should raise its voice for the blocking of funds to Kosovo.

Çoçoli says that our government has an Ace up its sleeve to help the government of Kosovo.

"We must raise our voice about the fact of freezing without setting a date for when Kosovo's projects will be merged in the Berlin Process.
