“Edhe luftërat kanë rregulla”/ Shefi i OKB-së, thirrje liderëve botërorë

Sekretari i Përgjithshëm i Kombeve të Bashkuara (OKB) Antonio Guterres ka ngritur alarmin duke deklaruar se situata në Gaza ka arritur një nivel të ri të rrezikshëm.

“I gjithë territori po përballet me krizë uji. Nuk ka energji elektrike. Stafi ynë i OKB-së dhe partnerët tanë po punojnë gjatë gjithë kohës për të mbështetur njerëzit në Gaza," deklaroi ai gjatë një konference shtypi.

Gjatë konferencës, Guterres tha se: "Të gjithë pengjet duhet të lirohen dhe ligji ndërkombëtar dhe ligji për të drejtat e njeriut duhet të respektohen dhe të mbështeten, civilët duhet të mbrohen dhe të mos përdoren kurrë si mburoja".

Hamasi ka marrë peng deri në 150 persona gjatë sulmit ndaj Izraelit.Militantët e Hamasit përpiqen të fshihen mes popullatës civile.

Guterres gjithashtu bën thirrje për akses të menjëhershëm të ndihmës humanitare në Gaza dhe thotë se "edhe luftërat kanë rregulla".

Në përfundim, ai u bën thirrje liderëve në mbarë botën që të flasin kundër gjuhës së urrejtjes, antisemitizmit, fanatizmit anti-mysliman dhe gjuhës dehumanizuese, "e cila nuk pranohet kurrë"./ CNA
