A day earlier, a meeting was held at the White House between President Trump, President Zelensky, and European leaders.

While journalists were present, one of them complimented him on the suit, the same one who criticized him during the first meeting for not wearing one.

Zelensky dismisses it by saying that he has already changed while the journalist is still wearing the same suit.

This caused a lot of laughter during the meeting.

Conversation:

Journalist: President, you look fantastic in this suit.

Trump: I told him the same thing. This is the one who attacked you.

Zelensky: I remember.

Journalist: I apologize, you look very well.

Zelensky: I changed, and you are still in the same suit./ CNA
