The economy expert, Eriola Hoxha, says that a database is being created with the 300 richest individuals, who will be subject to control for tax evasion.

In an interview for Euronews Albania, Hoxha said that even if they have not declared his assets correctly, state institutions have signed agreements with second-level banks and the Bank of Albania to exchange information.

"As for the list of rich people, they will be identified in a database, which is still being updated and processed. There is not only the method of declaring salaries, we have already signed the agreement and the exchange of information between state institutions and all second-level banks, including the Bank of Albania, is in force.

This is for all payments throughout the Republic of Albania and not only for individuals who will be identified. This process will be continued with businesses of all categories", she emphasized.
