Legalizohen paratë e drogës dhe krimit?/ Detaji që ju ka shpëtuar dhe që i “pret duart” krimit

Paratë e drogës dhe të krimit nuk mund të legalizohen nëpërmjet amnistisë fiskale.

Ka një detaj, që nuk e lejon këtë gjë dhe pret e hovin e të interesuarve.

Sipas kryeministrit Edi Rama, ligji do të bëhet dhe ka marrë fund, por sapo personi të depozitojë të ardhurat e tij, do kalojë në filtër nëse është marrë me veprimtari kriminale apo jo.

Nëse po paratë do t’i sekuestrohen.

 “Amnistia përfundon në momentin që depoziton paratë që do të thotë pas këtij veprimi, nëse gjendesh në kushtet e cilido subjekti që janë këtu, ato para sekuestrohen. Jo si në rastin kur arreston një kriminel dhe ke proces tjetër për sekuestrimin e pasurisë, këtu është më keq, sekuestrohen në moment që personi del i lidhur me veprimtari kriminale.  Ne do ta bëjmë këtë ligj, të jemi të qartë, po do ta bëjmë sa më të mirë”, ka treguar Rama./ CNA.al
