Aministia Fiskale/ Ibrahimaj zbulon detajet

Kryeministri Edi Rama Ministrja e financave dhe Ekonomisë, Delina Ibrahimaj kanë zhvilluar sot  një takim me një grup përfaqësuesish të bizneseve mbi amnistinë fiskale.

Ministrja Ibrahimaj ka folur për procedurat dhe përfitimet që vijnë nga amnistia fiskale.

Sipas saj, ky projektligj ka një sërë avantazhesh.

“Ai propozon që ne të diskutojmë dhe analizojmë premisat. Synon të ketë një afat 9 mujor zbatimi. Subjektet janë individë, janë edhe individë rezidentë tatimorë edhe nëse nuk janë shtetas shqiptar. Është parashikuar një kufi prej 2 milion eurosh.

Në zbatim të këtij ligji te tatimet do të krijohet një zyrë e njësisë fiskale. Kjo zyrë do të analizojë të gjitha kërkesat që do të vinë nga subjektet. Në përfundim të afatit 5 ditor administrata do të jap një vërtetim nëpërmjet të cilët subjektet do ti drejtohen për të aguar një normë tatimore. Është 7% për katër mujorin  parë dhe 10% për të dytin.

Në përfundim administrata tatimore do të japë një certifikatë ku do të jenë legalizuar këto para apo asete”, ka deklaruar Ibrahimaj./CNA.al
