The Energy Regulatory Authority has issued a notice, which states that in November and December, the price of 44 lek per kilowatt above the 800 KW band will be applied.

"For all family consumers who are supplied by Universal Service (FSHU sh.a.) ERE has the obligation to reflect the energy prices of end consumers of the universal service, supply costs according to the costs of the source of energy provision.

Decision of Brod of ERE no. 242 dated 23.09.2022, amended by Board decision no. 254 dated 07.10.2022, remains in force for the months of November - December 2022, and these prices remain applicable, as defined in the decision, for the period 1 November 2022 - 31 December 2022.

As previously emphasized by the decision-making of ERE, the price of electricity supply for consumers who consume above the consumption band of 800 KË, will remain subject to periodic review, based on the request of FSHU sh.a., the decisions of the Assembly of KESH sha, as well as ERE's evaluations, through which the changes in the sale price of electricity for universal service final consumers will be evaluated", says the ERE statement. /CNA.al
