Not applying the 800 kwh band/ Balluku wonders why the opposition opposes it

 "This opposition should come out once and explain how the Albanian electricity system was torn apart. How it was decided to disconnect four hydropower plants in the south from the production chain. And how do private companies benefit from it today? Today we have to come up with imports and meet the market demand. Today we face a drought situation", said Balluku, among other things./ CNA.al
