The tourist operator, Alberta Zani, invited to a TV show, said that this year there is expected to be a 30% increase in tourism in our country.

According to Zani, quality work is already required from employees, and that in addition to salary, employees should also grow professionally.

"The Berlin Fair is the biggest tourism fair, and Albania had a super dignified presentation, unlike any other fair. All the people who participated there, in addition to the part of visitors who come to our country, also talked about the part of payments, as well as the absent workers.

I happened to meet some Albanians living in Berlin, in a restaurant. And I told him that they are all gone. Meanwhile, they told me that they come to Albania for the sun and the beautiful places.

Alberta further confesses that she was told that in Albania they could not be paid as they would like.

And they answered me: No Alberta you are wrong. We are not paid more than 1000 euros.

Alberta says that low wages are not the problem that young Albanians are fleeing the country.

This year, it is expected that there will be a 30% increase in tourism in our country.  Salaries have also increased by over 30% in the tourism sector. And as long as we pay, we must be rewarded in work. And what is required is quality work. It is necessary that in addition to the salary, the employees also grow professionally," said Zani./ CNA
