Any entity that makes an investment for energy production, whether a hydropower plant or a wind and photovoltaic plant, and wants to connect it to the energy network must meet a number of conditions to obtain approval.

The Distribution System Operator, part of the OSHEE Group, has recently proposed some changes to the relevant regulation that is precisely related to new network connections when, among other things, specific documents are provided for each category.

This means that for entities that have built hydropower plants, there are at least 13 documents starting from the standard application form to the general plan or the maximum generated power and other parameters of the plant.

The same scheme also works for photovoltaics and wind farms where, in addition to the standard application form, maps for the location on the ground, installed power or concession contracts signed with the relevant institutions are required.

The regulation also defines the conditions for self-producers, which are businesses that install for their own consumption plants starting from 0-500 kwp. Likewise, the conditions that must be met by individuals are also classified in this category.

In essence, DSO has clarified that it intends to facilitate the procedures for new connections in its energy network. The regulation issued for consultation by the Entity also provides for a point on seasonal businesses and how to proceed with their connection to the network.

3.5 Documentation required for the connection of generating sources

3.5.4 “Veteprodhuesit” me dokumentacionin përkatës te listuar si me poshtë me tre nënkategori te ndara sipas fuqisë, konkretisht:

1.Kerkesa.

Deklaratën e konsumit mesatar te tij përgjatë një viti sipas historikut te dy viteve te fundit ose ne rast te mungesës te një historiku, raportin e auditit energjetik te lëshuar nga auditiuesi i certifikuar se bashku me certifikatën përkatëse dhe propozimin për fuqinë e instaluar.

Propozimin mbi modelin e matësit me dy drejtime skema e matjes neto dhe karakteristikat teknike te tij sipas standardeve te OSSH.

Relacioni teknik.

Kopje origjinale te aktkolaudimit te sistemit, firmosur nga projektues te licencuar për impiante te prodhimit te energjisë elektrike te rinovueshme nga dielli (kat. 10c) dhe zbatues te licencuar për ndërtimin e impianteve te prodhimit te energjisë (kat. NP-lOA), se bashku me konfirmimin e veteprodhuesit te sistemit PV.

Manualet dhe skedat teknike te produkteve te sistemit PV, si9 janë; panelet, inverterat, kabllot, etj.

Licenca e inxhinierit projektues, i cili duhet te këtë piken IOC ne licence për projektim dhe NPIO për zbatim.

Karte identiteti

Numri kontratës ekzistuese te abonentit (pa debi) me fuqi te njëjtë me fuqinë e impiantit Vetëprodhues.

Dokument pronësie te objektit ku do ndërtohet impianti fotovoltaik.
