This subject bought the company "ABC Management", which was founded in 2019 and was owned by the citizen Efthymia Gkouma, and then on 15.05.2022 the company was taken over by "Media ABC Holding".
Some schemes with company formations or turnover of owners that are actually cover-ups. "Media ABC Holding" was the daughter of a company in the Netherlands, which was owned by the Albanian businessman Klodjan Allajbeu. The latter and the Greek woman whose name seems to be the same as Esat Bojku, simply a representative of the third party, brought a big change to "ABC News". A news-only television turned into a media with a full television program, where many shows stand out, turning it into a competitive media in the market.
Just as it was being raised, the sale of "ABC News" appeared, which was initially announced as the buyer by the citizen Shkëlqim Devolli, who had also held meetings with leaders of "ABC" in Tirana. But Shkëlqim Devolli no longer appears in the documents, but Mr. Esat Boyku.
"Media Holding" takes ownership of "ABC MANAGEMENT" and the partner "Media ABC Holding" leaves on 24.11.2022, so just a few weeks after Esat Bojku founded "Media Holding" he becomes the owner of the company that manages the television "ABC News" sh.a .
The two new administrators, Erjona Zaimi and Amarda Kapaj, are immediately appointed, and in fact one of them is close to the former shareholder Klodian Allajbeu, but also close to the media "conductor" of Edi Rama, Endri Fuga.

MANAGEMENT”, si dhe mbi kuotat e reja që mund të zotërojë në të ardhmen në ketë shoqëri tregtare.
CNA ka mundur të sigurojë dokumente private, pagesa se si televizioni “ABC NEWS” kaloi në emër të Esat Bojkut që më shumë sesa një investitor apo njeri i fushës së medias, është një individ i zgjedhur nga shtetasi Shkëlqim Devolli.
Sipas disa të dhënave që ka siguruar CNA, pagesat janë kryer me disa këste sipas kontratës, por për këto pagesa të dhënat tregojnë se janë përfshirë edhe biznesmenë shqiptarë. Një transfertë prej gati 2 milionë eurosh figuron nga “Kastrati Grup”.
Gjithashtu figurojnë edhe disa pagesa të tjera, të cilat në kontratë njihen si huatë që kanë përfituar të dyja kompanitë “ABC Menagment” sh.p.k dhe bija e saj “ABC News” sh.a.
Figuron qartë që janë dhënë dy hua nga të tretë, të cilat janë përfituar nga ish-aksioneri i kompanisë, të cilat do të shlyhen nga blerësi Esat Bojku.
Me pak fjalë Esat Bojku ka blerë “ABC News”-in me disa pagesa dhënë borxh nga persona të tretë ku shfaqet “Kastrati Group” dhe Shkëlqim Devolli. Shumën tjetër sipas vetë kontratës do ta shlyejë sipas datës në kontratë.
Një televizion kritik me pushtetin si “ABC News” blihet me një skemë huadhënie dhe pagesë direkte në total rreth 4 milionë euro, ku pagesat bëhen nga “Kastrati Group” dhe Shkëlqim Devolli, por pronar figuron Esat Bojku.
Nuk mjafton vetëm blerja, janë dhe pagesat mujore kostot e mbajtjes që “ABC News”, ka për stafin, etj.
Nga një verifikim i të dhënave rezulton se paguesit kryesorë të “ABC News” të jenë kompanitë e lidhura me Arbër Veliajn, vëllain e Erion Veliajt.
Arbër Veliaj, nëpërmjet kompanisë të tij të reklamave, ka në portofol dhjetëra kompani midis tyre edhe përfitues koncesionesh nga qeveria.
Por jo vetëm kaq.
Paguesit e “ABC News” janë biznesmenë me lidhje të forta me qeverinë dhe përfitues nga kontrata koncesionare.
Pagesat shkojnë në dhjetëra mijëra euro në muaj dhe miliona euro vjetore. Kjo vërteton gjithçka që ka theksuar DASH-i në raportin e tij ku thekson: “ABC News” ndryshoi pronësinë, pati raportime se programet e drejtuara nga gazetarë kritikë ndaj qeverisë u mbyllën dhe ata gazetarë u larguan nga stacioni.
