In all cases revealed in the court decision, it results that Erion Veliaj, with his signature, transferred Tirana Municipality funds to Ajola Xoxa's NGOs.

So, the chain is such that Veliaj has signed to send money to the pockets of his family members.

Today we will bring more communications, this time led by Ajola Xoxa herself, showing that the actual beneficial owner of the NGO "Harabel" company is herself.

From the communications, it is clear that financier Adela Kondakçiu asks Ajola Xoxa for permission to make payments to executive director Driant Zeneli.

Likewise, the communications fully prove that the person who effectively controls the company "Nan" sh.pk is again citizen Ajola Xoxa.

The company in question, after being founded by citizen Driant Zeneli, was donated by the latter to the NGO "Harabel", controlled by Ajola Xoxa.

The documents show that financier Adela Kondakçiu received a firm order from citizen Ajola Xoxa to question her about everything and not Drianti.

Citizen Ajola Xoxa goes even further when she tells her financier that she shouldn't even take money for a coffee without asking her first.

Also, citizen Ajola Xoxa orders that the CASH payments of the companies "Harabel" and "Benussi" will be held by her and Adela Kondakçiu must not accept citizen Driant Zeneli under any circumstances.

The fictitiousness of the invoices that citizen Ajola Xoxa requests to be issued to certain entities goes even further, as she asks her financier to draft the contract for the property where the "Harabel" company is headquartered, setting half the price.

After citizen Adela Kondakçiu confirms that the contract was made for the price of 500 euros, citizen Ajola Xoxa says "ok".

Likewise, it is proven that even for routine decision-making such as the internet payment for the company "Harabel", citizen Driant Zeneli is not involved at any moment. This payment is requested from citizen Ajola Xoxa for a period of 6 months.

What is of interest in terms of the movement of money within the close family circle of the head of the Municipality of Tirana are some invoices that citizen Ajola Xoxa makes to the company of citizen Arbër Veliaj, brother of the mayor of the municipality, Erion.

In a case of providing "legal advice", the sister-in-law of citizen Arbër Veliaj, Ajola Xoxa, invoiced the company "Gogel" managed by this citizen for an amount of 8,000 euros.

For her part, financier Adela Kondakçiu, taking into consideration the amounts accumulated by the "Harabel" company due to sponsorships, reminds citizen Ajola Xoxa that this NGO should not make a profit, because the law does not allow it, so the amounts should be distributed to different people.

This communication proves what has been reflected above, in terms of configuring the scheme for transferring money from and to the NGOs created and managed by citizen Ajola Xoxa, to and for other entities, which include herself, her limited liability company and her family members or other natural persons, closely related to her.
