Unbelievable, unheard of before, but the Municipality of Tirana has begun to rummage through the documents of the apartment of the prosecutor investigating the case of Erion Veliaj and Ajola Xoxa, Ols Dado.

A Tirana Municipality official told CNA that immediately after the prime minister's speech and the news published in newspapers and media paid for by the incinerators, the "5D" file and Erion Veliaj himself and his people, that is, through advertisements passed by his brother, today the file has begun to be sought.

A file for a building permit for a building built on Bogdan Street on a plot of land belonging to the mother of prosecutor Ols Dado.

The same sources emphasized that it is a 9-story building, on a plot of land and a building built in the 1920s-1930s in the capital.

On this plot of land and several other properties, a building has been built, including an apartment where citizen Ols Dado lives, together with Dumani, prosecutors in the case of Erion Veliaj and Ajola Xoxa.

According to the same sources, the file is being taken to be published in the media, to say that Olsi Dado was in a conflict of interest.

In fact, there is no conflict between the prosecutor and Veliaj, for one simple reason. First, Olsi Dado is not a builder, he did not build any apartments, the building was built by a private entity.

Olsi Dado is the beneficiary of the apartment according to the percentage given to the owner of the land. There has never been any conflict regarding this issue.

Sources from the Tirana Municipality told CNA that the file will be taken and published in the media, creating the impression that Ols Dado is in a conflict of interest because they were not given a few more floors, or a few fewer floors.
