The leader of the PD for Tirana, Belind Kelliçi, has denounced another director of the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, whom he calls the next thief.

Kelliçi said that Arli Naska, the director of the Consumer Protection Agency, is the richest thief among the directors of Veliaj.

He emphasized that Naska has come on stage by fining the activist of the Alliance for the Protection of the Theater, Adriana Kalaja, with 300 thousand lek.

"For 11 protests in a row, we have denounced not only Erion Veliaj but also his gang. There are 3 directors in prison together they stole from the citizens, Taulant Tulla, Redi Molla, Erjon Rrapaj, Ermal Kapllanin, Arben Maloku the biggest thief we have ever seen.

All these together have stolen and continue to steal from citizens every day. This week we've seen another thief rear his head.

While we were all waiting as citizens of Tirana, a sign of thanks for the Alliance for the Protection of the Theater, which has been following for almost seven years a protest for a just cause, for the theater to rise where it was and as it was, and the Alliance continues to protest for a civic cause, what happened?!

The richest thief in the municipality of Tirana, fineman no. 1 of the municipality of Tirana, Arli Naska, former director of Taxes in the Municipality of Tirana, currently director of the Consumer Protection Agency, takes the courage with a shameful act to fine the Alliance for the Protection of the Theater and the Alliance's lawyer, Adriana Kalaja.

They are worried and imposed a fine of 300 thousand lek on the Alliance, and Arli Naska and Erion Veliaj are not worried that 132 million euros were stolen from the Tirana incinerator and at least, through 45 tenders, 30 million euros with the 5D gang.

We appeal to Altin Duman, what is Dritan Prenç waiting for, we have filed the thefts of Veliaj with facts and we want to know why you do not investigate, why you do not apply the law, for all the affairs that we have denounced.
