IPARD funds, Frida Krifca approved hundreds of thousands of euros for her

Plug has revealed the scheme of how 35 million euros of IPARD funds were abused, which instead of going into the pockets of farmers, went into the accounts of senior officials of the Socialist Party and criminal organizations, as well as their families.

Today, the investigation continued, showing that it is not about 1 or 2 cases, but out of 431 beneficiaries in total of funds allocated by the European Union, almost half of them have already been confirmed to have benefited abusively.

The list of officials who abused IPARD funds and funds allocated by the Albanian government includes hundreds of names.

The list can start with the prime minister, the minister of agriculture, deputy ministers, MPs, regional directors of agriculture, etc. But the key person who built this corrupt scheme from scratch and implemented it to the end is the former director of AZHBR, Frida Krifca, whom, after the alarm given by the European Union for the theft of funds, Edi Rama promoted to the position of Minister of Agriculture.

While very few media and experts in the field dealt with the essence, what made a stir during this period was Frida Krifca's mockery of Albanian citizens, that she would build them the Shepherds' Academy. While this slip of Krifca's attracted attention, in fact her lecture contained criminal evidence of the construction from scratch of the AZHBR Abuse scheme.

Minister Frida Krifca just revealed the great truth that the AZHBR scheme, which has also been verified by the European Union and resulted in an abusive scheme with funds, was built by her with the blessing of Prime Minister Edi Rama.

As the ruined situation that Albanian farmers and livestock keepers face today has proven, the scheme built thanks to the vision of Frida Krifca and Edi Rama, was not intended to build the most vital sector of the Albanian economy, but to steal funds and bury every villager who had chosen to invest in the village. This with a lack of funds, a lack of market, and with the unfair competition and tutelage of the family members of Rama's government officials, who became the masters of agriculture, stealing the funds of Albanian farmers. And today, most of the farms that failed to survive are employed as slaves in the greenhouses, hostels and collection points that were built with the money that belonged to them.

It couldn't have happened any other way. Frida Krifca started the scheme with funds for her close family and social circle, to later spread to local officials, according to the list that was determined in all 12 counties.

What you are seeing in the picture is the Bylis Agroturizmi, located in the Hekal area of ??Mallakastër. The construction of this guesthouse was also sold by Prime Minister Edi Rama as a success story, where a couple of emigrants had returned to make an investment of hundreds of thousands of euros. This business was opened in 2018, at the National Business Center in the name of citizen Entela Cara, who turns out to be married to Roland Lutaj. It is precisely the husband's surname that raises major doubts that will be confirmed below. Roland Lutaj turns out to be the cousin of former socialist MP Piro Lutaj, at the same time the cousin of Erti Lutaj, husband of former minister Frida Krifca, and he publicly displays his connections and support for her as a true fan, reposting Krifca's interviews.

While there are dozens of applications from that area for such an investment, the family connections of Cara and Lutaj proved to be sufficient to attract sufficient funds to build this guesthouse from immigrants living in Italy, with an open NIPT with only 100 lekë. The residents of the area, off camera, when asked for the address, direct them to Piro Lutaj's guesthouse, or to Frida Krifca's cousin. But beyond what the residents say, the fact is that the family connections between Krifca and the beneficiaries of these funds are direct. The support and identification of the residents of this area is even reinforced by Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku, who at the height of the electoral campaign saw it as a toast destination, whenever she had to go to Mallakastër for campaigning./ PLUG
