Ylber Djerri from Thethi appeared on the show "Stop" on TV Klan after he had an accident in July.

He says that while driving in Shkodra, on a roundabout in the opposite direction, a bicycle crashed into his car. The Rainbows seized the vehicle, which they have not taken back for two months, even though there is video footage and the accident is clear.

"On the 17th, I had an accident, where a person on a bicycle came and hit me on the opposite side. The problem is that they took my car and are not giving it back to me. My speed was 10 kilometers per hour, it was not more.

The gentleman was slightly injured, after only having scratches, he went to the hospital for 4-5 hours and then went home. I went and met him and he told me that 'it's my fault, you have no fault of your own'. They seized my car and they still haven't given it to me. I went to the Prosecutor's Office and made a request twice and no response. I don't even live here, I just want to take the car and go see my work", says the complainant.

He has made two requests to the prosecutor's office and has not yet received any response. Ylber's problem is that he lives in Switzerland and needs to leave, but he needs to take his car with him.
