Another FACT/ Ajola's messages about the villa in Qeret emerge: Erioni has

Erion Veliaj and Ajola Xoxa

Mayor Erion Veliaj is justifying himself and is seeking to bill his late father-in-law Arben Xoxa for the villa in Qeret.

Today, CNA will bring another fact that proves that the villa in Qeret belongs to the Veliaj-Xoxa couple, according to court records.

This is shown through several communications revealed by SPAK between Ajola Xoxa and Driant Zeneli.

This conclusion is reached based on the communications of citizen Driant Zeneli with Ajola Xoxa, which clearly evidences the frequent presence of the latter, but also of her husband, in this property.

Specifically, on 01.08.2021 at 7:52 pm, citizen Driant Zeneli writes to Ajola Xoxa:

Driant Zeneli- Do you miss Qerret? -We came today.

Ajola Xoxa replies: That one at the end is our house.

Meanwhile, the two interlocutors have exchanged a photo from which it appears that Ajola Xoxa refers to her apartment, saying "that's our house at the end."

According to SPAK, from the photo, in its front part at the bottom, it is clear that it is the villa under investigation, which is located in Qeret and which Erion Veliaj claims is not theirs but his father-in-law's.

Furthermore, a fact of considerable interest for the investigation and for the provability of the actual ownership of the villa by the Veliaj-Xoxa spouses emerges.

Specifically, on 22.06.2024, at 12:51 pm, Driant Zeneli writes to Ajola Xoxe : -We leave early Monday morning.

Ajola Xoxa replies : We'll leave it when you come, we'd better meet. Because I have to finish some work now and in the meantime Eri has gone to Qerret and hasn't got the key.

So, from the content of this communication, the keys to villa 4 are held by the Veliaj - Xoxa couple.

The statements of citizen Ajola Xoxa regarding the villa located in Qeret, Kavaja, according to the proceeding body, are in complete contradiction with the circumstances of the fact, as well as the statements of other citizens who have knowledge of this villa.

Ajola Xoxa makes statements unsupported by other evidence when she states that only her mother is responsible for the maintenance costs of the villa, when in fact, from the inspection carried out by decision of the Special Court, notebooks with notes suspected to be those of citizen Ajola Xoxa, regarding specific elements of the villa, were found and seized as material evidence.

Also, notes were found in this apartment that are suspected to be from citizen Valbona Xoxa, who writes that according to Ajola's instructions, she has made a series of payments related to the maintenance of the villa.

Also, payment tables were found in the villa, such as those related to swimming pool maintenance, at the top of which is the name "Ajola".

Not to mention here the room that the declarant herself admits belongs to her son, as well as the latter's wardrobe along with the games.

In the villa, clothes were also found that seem to be related to the latter's daughter, rather than to citizen Valbona Xoxa. It should also be noted here what resulted from the statements of the administrator of the complex, who explained that he has constantly seen citizen Ajola Xoxa frequenting the villa.

On the other hand, these statements seem unbelievable when it is established that, in this case as in other cases, the exchange contract claimed by Ajola Xoxa, between her parents and AGIKONS shpk, from 2017, was not drawn up before a notary, even though it had as its object the exchange of assets.
