This Monday, the handover ceremony for the new head of the Special Prosecution Office, Klodjan Braho, will take place, as Altin Dumani's 3-year mandate as head of SPAK ends.

Through an official announcement, it is learned that the ceremony will take place at 10:00, in the SPAK Meeting Hall.

"The handover ceremony from Mr. Altin Dumani to Mr. Klodian Braho, an important moment for ensuring continuity and further strengthening the work of the Special Structure against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK). The activity takes place on Monday, at 10:00, in the SPAK Meeting Hall", the announcement states.

The High Prosecutorial Council voted with seven votes in favor of Klodjan Brahos, who was declared the winner among the four candidates in the race.

Klodjan Braho was born in Skrapar on July 21, 1982. In the years 2000-2004 he completed his studies at the Faculty of Law and in 2005-2008 he studied at the School of Magistrates. He was appointed on November 14, 2007.

14.11.2007-2012/ Prosecutor at the Prosecutor's Office at the Berat Judicial District Court.

2012-2015/ Prosecutor at the Prosecutor's Office of the Vlora Judicial District Court.

2014-2015/ Deputy Head of the Prosecution Office at the Vlora Judicial District Court.

2015-19.12.2019/ Prosecutor at the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court for Serious Crimes in Tirana.

Since December 19, 2019, he has served as a prosecutor at the Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK). /CNA
