Agron Gjekmarkaj's next "lick"

The Deputy Chairman of the Democratic Party, Agron Gjekmarkaj, has displayed his servility and flattery again, this time in the speech held yesterday afternoon in Kurbin.

"Doctor Berisha, do you see that banner up there? It speaks clearly with heart and faith. We love you, we trust you. It remains for you to lead us from one December to the next. From that of 1990 to today for an Albania like all of Europe ," Gjekmarkaj said a day ago.

I will never be a deputy of Sali Berisha, I will only be a deputy of the DP, so that this party returns to European values. It seemed as if the DP fell like Kabul, the Taliban came to take it," Gjekmarkaj declared at the time.

Meanwhile, today, Gjekmarkaj, far from what he preached, is not only Berisha's MP, but is also the group's vice president and accompanies the leader of the democrats to many tables and meetings.

In short, this is Agron Gjekmarkaj, a political scoundrel of Lulzim Basha's "bag" and one of the people who are in politics only to lick from one side to the other. /CNA
