The criminal proceedings have started for the citizens:
Ç. Xh., a resident of Himarë, after cleaning the land, started a fire to burn some herbs, in the village of Kallarat, and as a result of the spread of the flames, an area of ??bushes was burned;
SJ, a resident of Himarë, after lighting a fire to burn garbage, in the village of Qeparo, and as a result of the spread of the flames, several olive trees, owned by her, were burned.
