Ligji me numër 43 i vitit 2020, ka rregulluar lundrimin detar për qëllime turistike.

Që ky ligj të zbatohet,duhej që Edi Rama dhe ministrat e Tij të bënin disa akte nënligjore, brenda 6 muajve i ka urdhëruar Parlamenti!!!

Me këto akte sigurohet regjistrimi i mjeteve,pronësia e tyre,përdorimi, rregullat e përdorimit e çdo gjë që i bën ato të sigurta.

Por hiç! As 6,as 12,as 24 e as hiç muaj.

As Edi e as ministrat përgjegjës nuk e qethën fare.

Ah po, kanë bërë vetëm një udhëzim për të dhënë lejet e drejtimit, po ato kryesoret hiç .

Po meqë janë "dashnorët" e përgjegjësisë individuale, ja ku e kanë ligjin e shkelur. Ja se si e kanë shpërdoruar detyrën duke krijuar pasojë të rëndë, humbjen e jetëve njerëzore!
