Tensions continue at the Vlora airport construction site between the two parties involved in the conflict over this issue, those of "2A Group" and "MABCO". According to reports, this morning, trucks from the "2A Group" company blocked access to the construction site for employees and subcontractors of Behgjet Pacolli's company.

It is also reported that there were verbal clashes and moments of tension between workers attempting to enter the construction site and security representatives of the company that currently manages access to the airport.

It is reported that State Police forces are also in the area. Tensions and clashes began yesterday morning when "MABCO" employees entered the construction site and attempted to remove those from Valon Ademi's "2A Group" from the office.

Businessman Behgjet Pacolli also reacted to the situation, calling on SPAK to launch a full investigation into what he describes as a "serious scandal started by individuals acting in violation of the law."

He wrote that MABCO employees and its subcontractors have returned to the site, where, according to him, verification and identification of the damages caused during this period are being carried out.

The businessman said that it is important that competent institutions take measures to prevent any possible escalation of the situation and to guarantee the safety of employees and contracting companies.

We recall that on June 5, the Tirana Court of First Instance decided to freeze the current situation of the company VIA sh.pk, until a final decision is made.

According to the decision, any decision-making, legal action or registration that changes or exercises rights over a quota ownership ratio different from that resulting from the Quota Sale and Purchase Agreement, according to which Mabco owns 51% of the quotas and 2A Group owns 49%, is prohibited. /CNA
