The rainy weather has not stopped Albanians from celebrating Independence Day in special ways.
As can be seen in these pictures, in Korça, the citizens have chosen to parade their cars "dressed" with red and black flags on one of the streets of the city.
A few days ago, the Kor?ari residents decided to decorate their balconies with red and black flags, thus bringing the atmosphere of the party everywhere in the city.
