The 9-story building that was seized today in the Farka area, as an unauthorized construction, is owned by businessman Julian Morina, known as Lul Morina.

According to Report Tv, Morina had applied for the legalization of the object, but it was refused.

Based on the Decision of the Council of Ministers, the businessman has two options, to buy the building without permission built by himself at the market price, or to donate it to the state for social housing.
