The Ministry of the Interior has submitted to the Social Affairs Commission the request that the nitrogen balloon be included in the list of psychotropic substances.

The latest data from the State Police evidenced the growing phenomenon of the use of this substance in the form of nitrogen gas.

The State Police has undertaken operations where in many cases it has seized canisters filled with this type of gas to avoid the growing use and their unauthorized sale as experts have warned about the health effects it has.
