Journalist Klodiana Lala has stated that SPAK has requested documents that are kept in the Parliament's archive and are secret regarding the January 21 issue.

Invited to the show "Të Paekspozuarit" with Ylli Rakipi, journalist Klodiana Lala said that they are dealing with observations or wiretapping related to developments before, during and after the January 21 protest.

She has indicated that the document is highly secret as it affects national security.

According to the journalist, investigators have assessed that they are very important for the process, to understand how the protest was organized, whether there were any indications of acts of violence, and what happened inside the Prime Minister's Office when shots were fired at the protesters.

"SPAK has requested documents that are kept in the Parliament's archive and are secret. It concerns observations or wiretaps, related to developments before, during and after the January 21 protest. The document is "top secret". The Parliament will return it as is, with the "top secret" logo, as national security is affected. Investigators have assessed that they are very important for the process, to understand how the protest was organized, whether there were any orientations for acts of violence, and what happened inside the Prime Minister's Office that was shot at the protesters.

Due to the criminal investigation, the investigation prevails and according to the definition of the ECHR, it has been said to be a state murder, so it affects high levels, perhaps SPAK cannot force the Assembly, but it has requested it, we have to see how it will proceed.

"It may happen that the Assembly does not declassify them, it is up to the Assembly to make them available to the prosecution," Lala said, among other things./ CNA
