The investigative show "Stop" on TV Klan went to the village of Ku? in Vlora, to the school "Memo Meto", where on October 18, 2023, two teachers clashed not only verbally, but the situation also degenerated into physical violence. .

Blerina Muça, the Bio-Chemistry teacher, says that she had an argument with a school colleague. According to her, the debate was recorded by the English teacher Irma Yzeiraj, who threatened her with the publication of the video.


Afterwards, teacher Blerina says that she was constantly bullied and insulted by her colleague Irma for the fact that, according to her, the colleague "wears optical glasses is single", or accusing her of having intimate relationships with different people.

Blerina Muça: The debate started at the end of May without any reason on her part. I was arguing with a colleague, the reason being, I had no problems with him, he records me and after a few days he threatens me with this video and tells me that "I will publish this video in "Life is fun", to expose you and Meanwhile, I tell him what the reason is, then he tells me that "the reason is not you, it is the school of the music director" to unmask the music director. The situation ended there and Mrs. Irma was under contract. I come back to school this year and the first thing that started was the threats against me, with terrible bullying affecting my moral side.

Blerina Muça:  "You went with the bus driver", "you are blind", "you are ugly", "God left you ugly", "you are single". All the time, when he found me alone, he came together with Lindita Idrizi, both together and created offensive situations against me. The most serious words, "prostitute", "sells drugs", "you are addicted", "your family doesn't love you".

Question: Where did this whole conflict escalate?

Blerina Muça:  One day, like every day we come to school with the school van, as always with its pins, and there was a moment when I couldn't stand it and I said "what is your problem with me?". Then he told me "listen here, you're a degenerate woman, you're a street woman, you're an ugly woman", that is, the words that the whole collective heard "you're an immoral woman and I hate you for this" and meanwhile I also say this because she said a lot of things about me and I told her "and you are immoral for me". The moment we went to the school yard, the lady came from behind me, grabbed my hair, shouting "I will drag you, I will tear you apart". This takes my optical glasses because I have 30% vision in one eye and it tries to break them. They take the students by the hand and give the glasses to the headmistress. The headmistress held it so as not to aggravate the situation further. This again takes the headmistress and with a terrible hatred she takes her glasses and knocks them out of her hand again. Again for the third time, the students take the glasses and give them to the principal. My glasses shattered.

The glasses are optical and are very necessary for my vision. These glasses were worth 370 Euros, they were bought 2 years ago. The police take me and we make statements. The director holds a meeting and chooses only the Discipline and Ethics Council and I was waiting... but nothing was discussed about this part and the director tells me that "they are threatening me because you are busy with Çajup, that is, with the teacher, the first debate. You had an argument and they threaten to publish that video because you didn't take action against those 2 teachers. I say "Director, still meeting?" He tells me "yes, we took your parents' advice and decided that you will receive a warning for dismissal". But this is not the problem, but because they both continue the same situation, guarding me behind the classroom door, insulting me to the students.  

An argument started in the transport van went to the point where Irma grabbed Blerina by her hair and broke her glasses in the premises of the teacher's school.

Teacher Blerina:  Give me the money for the glasses!

Teacher Irma:  My, I will drag! I will break the phone!

Teacher Blerina:  Are you going to break my phone? Do you fill me up?

Teacher Irma:  Make a video!

Teacher Blerina : That's what you did to me.

During the conflict, students and the school principal were present. In fact, this conflict has been kept within the school and has not been brought to either ZVA or DRAP.
