Proceeds from narcotics/ Durres Prosecution seizes 53 real estate properties

The Durrës Prosecutor's Office has seized 57 assets: 33 apartments, 4 garages, 4 shops, 9 units, 1 building in the beach area and 15 cars owned by citizen AL,

According to the prosecution, it is suspected that these assets were obtained from illegal activities as it turns out that AL is involved in drug trafficking.

Announcement from the Durrës Prosecutor's Office:

At the request of the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction, Durrës, 33 apartments, 15 cars and 9 units belonging to citizen AL were seized, suspected of having been illegally obtained through this citizen's criminal activity in the field of narcotics.

In the framework of the investigations into property proceedings no. 01, of 2025, it resulted that this citizen was involved in criminal activities in the field of narcotics and created real estate and vehicles that are not justified by legal income.

The seized assets are:

- Apartments, a total of 33 located in the building built with Decision No. 1, dated 12.03.2008, neighborhood No. 13, Plazh, Durrës, in cadastral zone 8518 with a surface area of ??800 m2. Specifically:

1. 1 (one) apartment with a residential construction area of ??100 m2, 3rd floor;

2. 1(one) apartment with an area of ??84 m2, 3rd floor;

3. 1 (one) apartment with a construction area of ??63 m2, 4th floor;

4. 1(one) apartment with an area of ??84 m2, 4th floor;

5. 1(one) apartment with a construction+residential area of ??79 m2, 5th floor;

6. 1(one) apartment with an area of ??84 m2, 5th floor;

7. 1(one) apartment with construction+residential area of ??63 m2, 6th floor;

8. 1(one) apartment with an area of ??100 m2, 6th floor;

9. 1(one) apartment with a construction+residential area of ??79 m2, 6th floor;

10. 1(one) apartment with an area of ??84 m2, 6th floor;

11. 1(one) apartment with construction+residential area of ??63 m2, 7th floor;

12. 1(one) apartment with an area of ??100 m2, 7th floor; and

13. 1(one) apartment with a construction+residential area of ??79 m2, 7th floor.

• Assets of the type “Unit”, a total of 9 (nine), located in the building built according to the Building Permit with Decision no. 1, dated 12.03.2008, neighborhood No. 13, Plazh, Durrës, built in cadastral zone 8518 with a surface area of ??800 m2, located in scale No. 1 and scale No. 3 with the description as follows:

1. Terrace on the top floor of the building with an area of ??400 m2;

2. Four (4) shops with an area of ??70 m2 each, totaling 280 m2, First Floor; and

3. Four (4) garages with an area of ??70 m2 each, totaling 280 m2, Floor -I.
