The hearing for "Partizan" is held at the GJKKO / Only Jamarbër Malltezi participates

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has not appeared at the court session taking place at the Special Court for the "Partizani" file.

Only Jamarbër Malltezi appeared in court.

This file went to trial on May 18, 2025, the decision was made by Judge Flojera Davidhi.

The preliminary hearing on July 21, 2025 was postponed because Sali Berisha's lawyers requested the exclusion of the trial panel and for the case to be tried by judges outside the Special Court, because according to the defendants they depend on SPAK, but the request was rejected on July 28.

Sali Berisha is accused of corruption.

A short time ago, Jamarbër Malltezi was released on bail, leaving house arrest. Fatmir Bektashi, Xhimi Begeja and Andia Pustina were also charged in the same case./ CNA
