High Inspector of Justice Artur Metani was the guest of the fourth meeting of "IDM Morning Briefing", a communication forum organized by the Institute for Democracy and Mediation, which aims to promote an open discussion with heads of institutions, members of the Assembly, representatives of civil society, media, academics and schools, etc., on issues of public and institutional interest.

The meeting with the High Inspector of Justice served to stimulate a discussion based on evidence, on the quality of Justice in general, and with the completion of the vetting process, the challenges of the ILD, as the institution responsible for the violations of judges and prosecutors, the management of complaints, the parliamentary initiative for the deepening of reforms, the rule of law and anti-corruption, issues of independence and separation of powers, as well as the prospects for the future in the current context of justice reform in Albania.

The discussions were also focused on dealing with the current problems of the system, the vital importance of cooperation between institutions, to achieve the main objective for which the Law Reform was conceived, a justice system independent from any kind of influence and effective for all citizens.
