DP MP Jorida Tabaku reacted after the decision of the Constitutional Court to partially overturn the law on free professions.

Tabaku declares that the victory of the previous day was an important step in the fight for a fair and honest system.

The deputy called it a truly historic victory that overturned a law that abusively taxed the middle class and labor through a dishonest tax that is part of a corrupt system.

"A victory for the middle class!

Yesterday's victory in the Constitutional Court was an important step in our fight for a fair and honest system. A truly historic victory that overturned a law that abusively taxed the middle class and labor through a dishonest tax part of a corrupt system.

This was not just a legal victory as it was actually a triumph of the majority who felt trampled and mistreated by the majority and its custom laws.

We stayed united and were able to throw away this dishonest tax that threatened the income of 30 thousand Albanian families unjustly and abusively. The middle class deserves attention and incentives to strengthen its position in society as it can move our country forward as an engine of economy and innovation.

Thank you very much for your support, your attitude and your precious help. We proved that together we can succeed in winning a just cause.

I am clear that some of you have paid the installments in connection with the unfair taxation that the socialist government imposed. You rushed from the fear of fines and from the power that this government shows towards the weak by taking what is in their pockets while it is weak with the strong.

What I want to tell you about your unpaid installments, we are waiting for the written and reasoned decision of the Constitutional Court.

If we do not address this as an issue in that decision we will commit to finding a solution that will work for you! What reminds us and we must do now is patience and learn from this victory which reminds us that we will continue to fight together to overthrow this dishonest and corrupt taxation system that produces laws like that of taxation of Free Professionals.
