Actor Mehdi Malkaj spoke in harsh tones to the citizens during his speech at the protest in front of Tirana City Hall.

Malkaj said that no one reacts to government scandals, but they are only mentioned when "fraud" happens, as in the case of the Oncology hospital.

He underlined that even the Civil Society does not react, raising accusations that it is financed and commanded by the Municipality of Tirana.
