14th protest in a row at Tirana City Hall/ Citizens demand Veliaj's

The next protest organized by the Alliance for Theater is expected to take place the next day, where the resignation of Erion Veliaj will be demanded again, after the scandal with the "5D" affair. Part of the protest are citizens and representatives of the opposition. 

Tensions and clashes with the police have not been missing in recent protests, as protesters have tried to enter the municipality building. Flares and gasoline bottles were also thrown, as well as tires were burned 

Members of the opposition in the Municipal Council of Tirana have not been allowed to enter the institution of the municipality. 

This is the 14th protest where citizens will demand the removal of Veliaj from this institution. Veliaj is involved in the affair of the incinerators and the "5D" file, where some of its directors are behind bars after SPAK investigations. Even Veliaj himself was questioned by SPAK about the incinerator affair, while the court has issued other security measures, by order of the special prosecutor./ CNA
