Prokuroria e Posaçme ka nisur hetimet për kryebashkiakun e Kuçovës, Kreshnik Hajdarin.

SPAK po e heton për falsifkim të formularit të dekriminalizimit.

Prokuroria e Posaçme i kërkuar KQZ-së vendimin e dënimit të Kreshnik Hajdarit, kandidatit të Kuçovës, me argumentin që PS dhe KQZ e ka fshehur dhe nuk e ka dhënë.

Kryetari i Bashkisë Kuçovë, Kreshnik Hajdari rezulton i dënuar nga drejtësia greke për akuzën e “Kalimit të Paligjshëm të Kufirit”.

Vendimi për dënimin e kryebashkiakut Kreshnik Hajdari është dhënë në vitin 1999 nga gjyqtari i vetëm i gjykatës penale të Janinës, Nicolaos Raptis. Gjyqtari e ka gjetur fajtor dhe dënuar Hajdarin me 1500 Dhrami.

Ajo që e penalizon Hajdarin në këtë rast është fakti se ai nuk e ka deklaruar këtë dënim në formularin e dekriminalizimit.
